Artist’s Influences

After looking at examples of cinematic shots I have now decided to look at other resources to get inspiration for my shot choices. I have looked at the work of three artist’s who are Graham Gercken, Heidi Malott and Tom Brown because their paintings are very similar to one of my filming locations so I hope to gain some inspiration for shot set ups when on location. This is a resource that is different for when it comes to researching to produce a film, however I view these paintings like storyboards in a way as I have been able to find paintings which match not only my subject matter but the feel I hope to gain through shot set ups.
